How many courses can I host on your platform?
You can host an unlimited number of courses on our platform.
What type of resources can I include in my courses?
You can add text and media-based content to your courses.
Is there a size limit for my courses?
Yes, each course should not exceed the 500MB limit.
How do I enroll my students in my course?
You provide us with a list of your students, and we will enroll them in your course.
Why can’t I enroll my students in my course?
Due to privacy concerns, access to our user list is restricted. This will be resolved after migrating to BizLMS, where each organization has its own private space.
Will I receive assistance in setting up my course?
You will receive one-time orientation/training. Additionally, our asynchronous course is available for anyone who wants to learn how to set up their courses.
How do I and my course participants receive support if needed?
We provide support for account access issues. For assignment-related support, partners are asked to assist their students.
Is there any duration limit for my courses? What if I want my course to be accessible to the public even after I complete it?
There is no duration limit for your courses on our platform. Once you complete your course, it can remain accessible to the public indefinitely. We encourage ongoing access to valuable educational content even after completion.
